For multi-branch clinics and animal hospitals
Software for multi-branch veterinary clinics and animal hospitals
VetBis is a clinic management software for veterinary clinics with several branches and animal hospitals that run an inpatient ward. Each branch manages its own records, stock and team; management compares branches in one report. You set branch-level access and filter reports by branch.

From head office to branch: access to branch summary
Branches work at the same time while decisions are made centrally. You define access, switch between branches, read the summary report and follow stock transfers between branches. Sample data is fictional.

Steps
- 1Grant accessYou give each user the branches they can reach, one by one. Click a cell and see its effect on the side.
- 2Switch branchWhen the branch selector changes, records and counters show only the selected branch.
- 3Branch summaryAt day's end, headings such as procedure count and vet performance are totalled per branch.
- 4Stock transferA product that runs out in one branch is moved from another branch's warehouse; the record shows in both branches' movements.

Branch teams, shifts and bonuses
As the number of branches grows, the work moves from keeping records to keeping order. Staff records, shift plans and leave requests are managed per branch team; bonus rules are defined by date.
- Each user gets a role and the branches they can reach; a user with access to one branch does not see another branch's records.
- A vet who works in more than one branch can be given access to both.
- Role and branch access work together; changes are written to the audit log.

Animal hospital: inpatients, surgery and laboratory
Surgery, lab requests and inpatient tracking run in a branch context. The ward team writes each patient's daily record into the same file, so information does not get lost when the team changes.
Inpatient ward
Admission, room and daily care records are kept; the ward team follows each patient's treatment notes in the same file.
Surgery
The surgery record and anesthesia tracking are linked to the patient's file.
Laboratory
Lab requests and results stay in the patient's file.
These modules are in every plan; differences between plans are in the plan and feature table on the pricing page.

Head-office report, branch-level warehouse and stock
The owner summary shows branches side by side; reports such as revenue, procedures and vet performance filter by branch. You see where a branch stands out without merging spreadsheets.
Branch-level warehouse
Each branch has its own warehouse. Transfers between branches are recorded, so where a product is never stays unclear.
Owner and branch reports
Reports filter by branch and export as Excel or PDF.
Gradual rollout
Set up one branch first, then add the others with the same settings; starting with a pilot branch lowers the risk.
The number of branches and users depends on the plan. Current limits and prices are on the pricing page; chains can talk to the sales team.
