Beta

Education mode (beta): a separate workspace for interns and students

The idea is single and clear: interns and students learn VetBis with isolated training data, real patient records are untouched and the intern's entries pass the assigned mentor's approval. The feature is in beta; nothing beyond the scope below (for example certificates, curriculum or course content) is promised.

Scope

The items below describe the beta scope. They carry no certificate, curriculum or medical content commitment.

  1. Isolated training data

Students and interns work with training records, separate from real clinic data.

  2. Intern profile and mentor assignment

Each intern is tied to a mentor vet.

  3. Mentor approval

A record entered by an intern is not final until the mentor approves it.

The scope is in beta and may change.

What you can do today

Alongside education mode you can further narrow intern access: role and permission settings limit which screens users see and which actions they can take. With the staff record you define team members. This does not replace education mode; it is simply the tooling that exists today.
