Document records exist today; sending arrives with the connection

In VetBis the e-document record opens in the same flow as billing: you choose the document type, edit it, cancel it and see its status. The provider that would send officially is not connected, so today there is no sending, acceptance or rejection notice. Once connected, queued documents will be passed on through integrations.

  • e-Invoice

Invoice issued to taxpayers (businesses) registered with the tax authority.

  • e-Archive

Invoice issued to recipients who are not e-Invoice taxpayers, and to individuals.

  • e-SMM

The freelance receipt issued by a self-employed veterinarian.

  • Cash register receipt

Receipt record for retail sales; no cash register provider is connected.

Which document you must issue depends on your accountant.
