Remote consultation (telemedicine): session plan, notes and fee

VetBis does not host video: it plans the session, stores the https link of your own video tool, tracks its status, and records the notes, diagnosis, duration and fee at the end. It works with appointments and the clinical record, and the session list also shows in the mobile app.

Owner at home, vet at the clinic: the link lives in your tool

The owner shows a cat or dog to the camera from home and the vet assesses it from the clinic. The video call runs in the tool you choose; VetBis keeps the session and its results.

  • A session is scheduled for a patient record
  • The video link is accepted only as an https address
  • Vet and patient waiting states are shown separately on screen
  • Duration and fee are stored with the session when the call ends
