Why VetBis?

Why VetBis? One record, non-clinical modules and plain readiness labels

Choosing VetBis is not choosing a screen, it is deciding where the clinic's daily work lives. Patients, appointments, examinations, stock, cash desk and invoices move through one record here. We state the status of every feature plainly: what works today, such as the cash desk and collections, is in use, and what does not is labelled beta or planned. MTY Teknoloji builds the software.

Five reasons, each one on screen

The box next to each reason is a simplified view of the matching product screen.

  1. One record

Patients, appointments, examinations, stock, invoices and the cash desk draw on one record. You enter a fact once and all 15 modules read the same data.

A vet checks a patient file on a tablet while a nurse takes a box from the medicine cabinet
  2. Non-clinical modules

Boarding, pet taxi and grooming are in use; e-commerce is labelled beta and the pet-owner portal is labelled in development. Non-clinical work stays in the same patient record.

A staff member receives a dog on a leash in the boarding wing
  3. The whole finance side

Cash sessions, barcode quick sale, client accounts, supplier balances and commission are in use. Payment method is recorded as one of seven options; cards are not processed.

  4. Plain status language

Every feature is labelled in use, beta, waiting for a provider or planned. The numbers are computed from the feature list on the day the page is built.

  5. Data responsibility

Clinic records belong to the clinic. Access is limited by role and branch, an audit log is kept, and CSV and XLSX export keeps your data from being locked in.
